Connection to Self and Others
We have a core sense of self that we protect and nourish as we grow. The means of protection can be so natural, we don't see the limitations and our patterns get in the way of the connection and intimacy we strive for. It’s important to notice and become conscious of who we are in relation to others and what gets in the way of honest, vulnerable, caring contact. The foundation for this is our relationship to our self. My work is informed by mindfulness, somatic awareness and attachment theory.
